Returns & Refund Policy
PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your pre-order at any time before your unit has shipped. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of your cancellation request. To cancel, email us at Finn@Mojoious.com with your order details.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your Mojoious filter, you may return it within 20 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please email Finn@Mojoious.com with your order number and reason for return.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot process your refund until the item has been received.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your filter arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at Finn@Mojoious.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
